To the Management Team,
I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and grave concern regarding a severe lapse in service I experienced at your facility, which has led to the presumed loss of a critical package and financial loss as well as an impact on my business repercussions.
My initial experiences with your establishment were commendably positive, particularly a favorable interaction with the owner. However, subsequent visits have unveiled a concerning deterioration in service standards. During a second visit, an employee's casual acknowledgment of another customer's excessive wait time without intervention served as an early, albeit subtle, indicator of emerging operational deficiencies. While that particular package was successfully dispatched and may I add I was not charged a dime to print the label that time it foreshadowed the more critical issues to come.
The core of my complaint stems from my third visit. I entrusted your staff with two distinct packages, destined for separate locations, for which I paid a service fee to have labels generated and affixed. While one package successfully reached its intended recipient, the other, bearing tracking number 9434636207614435814088, shows no tracking updates whatsoever beyond its initial scan within our local zip code (77346). This absence of movement strongly suggests the package was either improperly entered into the USPS system or has been misplaced entirely after leaving my hands and entering your custody.
Upon seeking clarification regarding this alarming discrepancy, I was met with an utterly unhelpful and frankly shocking display of unprofessionalism from a staff member identified as a manager. She categorically asserted that the package had indeed departed your facility and, unbelievably, proposed that if I wished to locate it, I should "come up there and look for my package" myself. When I respectfully attempted to highlight your establishment's inherent responsibility for proper dispatch and tracking, her stance remained unyielding. She declared there was "nothing [she] could do for 30 days" and that she "doesn't have time" to verify whether USPS scans every package collected from your location.
This level of dismissiveness and explicit refusal to engage in due diligence is not merely unprofessional; it represents a fundamental breach of the trust I placed in your business. It exposes a deep-seated systemic flaw in your operational integrity if management believes customers are responsible for locating items once they have been paid for and entrusted to your care, or if routine scanning verification is deemed a dispensable task.
The direct consequence of this untracked or lost package is severe. I am now facing the imminent loss of a valued customer and considerable financial ramifications for my business. I engaged your services expecting a reliable link in the shipping chain; instead, I have encountered an impassive response to what constitutes a critical service failure.

Measured my box wrong, by 3 inches. When I measured it myself to show him with the same measuring tape, he said the measuring starts at the top of the metal tip, OMG, lied to my face! When I persisted he said, that is the first half inch! Sir!? Crook. wanted 55, I shipped it for 25 in Kingwood!
