- RHRebecca Hicks3 days ago2.0Wow the post office is taking a nose dive. Wait and wait in line. 3 people in front of me left with not getting help. Trying to track their mail and trying to pick up their mail on hold. The 3rd stood in line for awhile and was told to bring a paper filled out from the other sind than bring it back. Not sure what is going on. Half the paperwork you fill out before you get to the postal worker was not even on the table for a person to get. The place looked a mess. Is this a problem with management or postal workers going postal.

I went to the station to speak with manager as the postal helpline instructed me too. Truhong refused to get the manager. Was condescending about my problem and was dismissive of anything I had to say. She is extremely rude and if she is what passes as a postal work now days I find it sad. They are saying packages are delivered when nothing delivered. I will no longer be using usps due to the cost sketchy scanning they do
