Horrible post office. It’s gotten worse over the last year. Lost packages, empty packages and delayed packages. Not sure what else to do. Some companies I buy from only deliver usps. I came back today andI’m here now and it says open Saturday 7:30-11:00, we hear the people in the back and nobody is opening. I’ve been here for over 30 minutes. This is so sad.

Avoid this USPS branch if you can. Building is very old and run down, and the staff doesn’t seem to want to work. One staff (African American lady, middle age) at the desk even chose ‘excellent service’ for the customer satisfaction survey when it’s meant for me to decide. What a joke!

I wish I could give less than one star. By any means necessary go to a different location. I live near this one and have been multiple times. Always EXTREMELY rude and then today the person working was not only rude, but had me spend $200 when it turns out I DIDNT NEED TO. They gave me the wrong information about mailing my save the dates and costed me so much wasted money. Everyone that works here acts as if you forced them. The very least any of them can do is treat you like a human and not be so incredibly rude.
