I sometimes ship stuff outside US and they are very professional with the process. Their staff members are very friendly specially Stephanie(i hope i spelled her name correctly) she is very good at what she does and always have a positive attitude & patient.

Somebody should buy her a radio so she can hear something other than her own voice. Wanted to charge me even though package was ready to go and PREPAID. This franchisee sucks.
