  This UPS store is the worst when it comes to customer service! The manager is rude and argumentative! Even when you have drop off instructions he ignores them and does what he wants. I will NEVER stop here again. And sadly he is teaching his employees to be the same.

  Rude service. FYI if you need something printed they charge you $6.30 for one single copy.

  I recently visited this UPS Store to return an Amazon package, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The scanner couldn’t read my return code and insisted on charging me $3.25 for a small piece of tape. This location shows a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy. I do not recommend using this store.

  If you have a no box, no label needed, DO NOT GO HERE. Argued with me and refused to take my return without a box even though on my QR code it clearly states no box or label needed. Was so rude. Went to another location and had no issue at all with my return.

  Do you need to ship something? Well let me tell you this is not the place to ship from unless you like getting yelled at. I have been a loyal customer for years using this place about 4 or 5 times a month. I needed a label printed for a prepaid package. They charged me $6.81 to print one label. At first I thought they were joking since I've never paid for a label before. He said $6. For the computer, $.30 for the label and the rest is tax. Then another customer came in. He needed a box, that's $15. For a box to send a pair of shoes and additional $6.81 for the label. I told that customer that this was ridiculous and he agreed. He to said the same thing that he never paid for box or label. FedEx and USPS provide both for free and other then the postage, the label is also free. That's when I assume the manager started yelling at me. I didn't raise my voice once or speak rudely to the man but that didn't stop him. The other customer ended up going elsewhere like I should have done. Ups stores are like McDonald's. There located nearly on every corner. As a customer i don't have to put up with this type of behavior for a business that clearly doesn't appreciate my business but then again, how many companies do you see with 1 star? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Even if it means driving a few more blocks to get to another UPS. You'll thank me later.
