The sweetest most helpful staff. I love this UPS store, they’re always courteous and excellent. I want to give an extra special shout out to Comfort for her kindness and excellent attention to detail. She deserves extra recognition for her “above and beyond” customer service experience. 10/10!

I had a really disappointing experience with Jocelyn at the UPS Store. I understand everyone has off days, but when you’re working in customer service, attitude matters a lot. From the moment I walked in, she seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. Her tone came off as rude, and it felt like I was inconveniencing her just by asking simple questions about my shipment.I know sometimes we all have bad days, but if you work with customers, there’s a certain level of professionalism that should always be maintained. A little patience and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. It made what should have been a quick and easy visit unnecessarily frustrating.I hope this feedback is taken seriously because customer service can make or break someone’s experience. I’d think twice before coming back if this is the kind of interaction customers can expect.

Please don’t lie to people! I literally know other store managers at other UPS stores, and related to someone on the corporate side. I just got off the phone, and they all said there wasn’t an email sent to corporate to ask for the last four digits of a tracking number on top of the id. My full legal name is on my id. I have been coming to this location for years. Today while out, I received a notification that my package was ready for pickup. As usual, I make my way there before stopping home. I actually live on two sides of town, but when on this side I have my packages delivered to this location for security reasons. As usual, I present my id sign for package and walk out. Not this time. For some odd reason, the manager read the vendors label which had the address of their warehouse. Why wouldn’t she read the ups label that literally has my name and the address of this location. She's looking down at my id and the package, which I am just waiting to grab so I can leave. Then she says, what’s the last four of the tracking number because we had an uptick in theft. Excuse me? I asked does my name not match. She says yes. So what’s the issue? I look through my email to give it to her. Go home to calm down and then call. She says corporate emailed them to do that since my address didn’t match, which I was confused because the ups label has my name and this locations address. She said that people have presented a fake id and stolen packages. Which doesn’t make sense, because how would they know that people received packages, since it’s emailed to us. Long story short she lied. All of my connections said corporate never received no such email. I literally asked another store manager to double check with me on the phone and they apologized and said no such thing exists. I have been going to this location for years and have never had an experience like this. I always receive my email, bring my id and sign for my packages then leave. My husband nor neighbors recently had to do the same at this location. My husband was literally there a week ago. So I guess my federal government identification looks fake.

I want to say thank you to UPS. I had an exceptional customer service experience with UPS, thanks to an outstanding representative, Kassy💖. During a very stressful issue with my lost package, Kassy💝 demonstrated remarkable professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. She consistently kept her promises, returned my calls promptly, and was always available when I needed assistance. Her reliability and sincere dedication to resolving my concerns made an incredibly difficult situation much easier to manage. Kassy’s work ethic, empathy, and commitment to customers truly set her apart. She represents the highest standard of service and is a strong, positive face of her UPS branch and region. She is highly deserving of formal recognition, commendations, and career advancement opportunities. I am sincerely grateful for her exceptional support and professionalism.

I always come to get some copies, and some working guys their have good attention to the customer. Last week Vanessa attended to me She told me that if I didn't have a debit card, I couldn't use the computer to make a copy. I told her I didn't have my card with me, and she answered very rudely and refused to help me. I toll her i have only cash . She went to another computer, ignoring me. Another woman had to help me. Today I went back to drop off an Amazon package, and someone else helped me. She said I needed to print a copy, and I asked if she could do me the favor of printing one. She said she needed to use the computer, and I told her I only had cash. And when I said that, Vanessa started laughing loudly. I told the woman who was helping me that she shouldn't be laughing at me, that I wasn't even talking to her, And she said that Vanessa wasn't laughing at me.and Vanessa said she was laughing because I didn't have a debit card.. . It's not funny at all, that a customer service representative would laugh at you because you didn't have a debit card. Then the other young woman charged me $3.24 for one copy. When I asked for the name of the woman who was laughing at me, she said her name was V. She never gave me her real name; I had to find it out on her shirtI . I asked for the name of the supervisor or manager, and she wouldn't give it to me either.. Both women were very rude to me..
