However, this is for who I am Assuming is the manager The lady in the black sweater today 04/08/26. As there was a line for people waiting to drop off packages, you decided to wave someone you obviously knew who had just walked in, ahead of everybody and help them first, then proceed to go about whatever else you were doing as we all waited to drop off our packages. I don’t think that is standard procedure for the UPS store. If you can help your friend get in and out in a timely manner you can help the rest of the guest as well. This action makes you look bad from a customer point of view and rightfully so. Do better

Our experience was terrible, they asked us to email the document to them, in spite of sending multiple times, they said they did not receive it, we sent it again using an another device ,and they said they did not receive it. We have waited for a long period of time without any luck.
