I paid $183.00 for a package to be delivered the next day by 10am for my clients special occasion and it was not delivered so she wasn’t able to wear her outfit for that special occasion. Charles said I would receive and email regarding my refund which I never received. I went back to the store on Post Oak Blvd 4 days later to find he hadn’t submitted the claim. He placed it in the system that day and when I returned to tell him I had not received a refund he informed me that it was just my lost because it didn’t arrive on time because of weather conditions, but I never received anything from UPS to inform me of that! His rudeness and manner in which he handled this issue is a terrible representation of the company! I feel that something should be done to rectify this issue. Dr. Tawana Rose

He placed my receipt over the shipping label, and when I asked for the receipt, he ripped off the barcode label in front of me. This kind of behavior is concerning, as it directly affects the security and tracking of my shipment. Incidents like this make it difficult to trust this UPS location with my parcels. I strongly recommend better staff training to ensure packages are handled carefully and customer concerns are addressed respectfully.
