  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I came in on Wednesday to send important documents, and the young gentleman who assisted me (tall, around 6’1”) was clearly not paying attention. He was watching a game on his phone during the transaction. (Very unprofessional) Because of that lack of attention, my documents were handled incorrectly and ended up being delivered back to me instead of being sent out as requested. This caused a significant delay in a time-sensitive situation. As a result, I had to go to another retailer (FedEx) highly recommend Holly Hall location, to resend the documents overnight, which ended up costing me double what I originally paid. I’m furious This entire situation could have been avoided if the employee had been focused and handled the transaction properly the first time. When dealing with important and time-sensitive documents, attention to detail is critical. I hope management addresses this, because this level of carelessness is unacceptable when customers are trusting you with important deliveries.

  I had a great experience at this store. Nadeem and team were extremely helpful and were able to do a last minute print job for my business. The booklets they made came out great and I was very impressed!

  The store owner (who logged on remotely to help) and employee (AJ, she was so kind and helpful) working were both AMAZING! They saved me when I couldn't get my materials printed correctly anywhere else and they were kind (gave me a snack while I waited), worked with me to refine the prints when the sizing was an issue. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here and if I need shipping or printing in Houston there is nowhere else I will go.

  Outstanding service — went above and beyond! I can't say enough good things about The UPS Store at McKinney Place Garage. We needed three large mounted posters printed on a tight deadline, and the owner personally called me to coordinate the order before he left town. That kind of hands-on, personal attention is almost unheard of these days. The posters turned out absolutely beautiful — the print quality was exceptional and the mounting was flawless. He clearly takes pride in his work. From start to finish, the communication was smooth, the turnaround was fast, and the results exceeded our expectations. If you need printing done right — especially under pressure — this is your place. We will absolutely be back. Thank you so much!
