It's Tuesday 9:02 a.m. and the posted hours indicate 8:30 a.m. opening time. This is the 2nd time I have visited and the store was closed when it is supposed to be open. The last time it opened 17 minutes late.

I should've read the reviews before coming to this store. But all the 1-Star review portrayals are quite accurate. The employee and owner there are not at all concerned about customer service or plain decency.
I came here since it was the nearest UPS location and I had a deadline of this same day to return an Amazon item (one of the stipulations was that it was to be returned to a UPS location). They wanted to charge $2 for taping the top of the box shut. I laughed and asked if they were serious, and they most certainly were. If ANY other location was still open, I would've left then and there, but I was out of options having procrastinated till the last possible return date.
I had an additional package with me that they could've shipped (probably around a $20-30 shipping fees), giving them additional business. Before she rang up the $2 tape fee, I offered that if she did not charge me for the $2, I'd ship the other package with them (again, NOT an Amazon return). She said no. I paid and said thank you (thanking them for what I have no idea, but I suppose out of habit and general human decency). She made eye contact and said nothing. No "thank you," no "have a nice day," nothing.
Now, this gripe isn't about feelings. It's just an honest account of terrible customer "service" and a wholehearted recommendation to take your business elsewhere.

I have used this store often for their shipping and faxing services. I wanted to get something printed quickly, so I stopped by. I wanted to get an eBook printed so that I could use it for marketing my business. He printed my eBook on the front and back of the pages, which is not what I asked for. He told me that the machine needed to be serviced and that he would give me a 10% discount. Really, if you couldn't have done the job correctly, you could have told me, and I could have gone somewhere else. I paid $33 for something that I did not ask for, and he never offered to fix the issue. I will never go back again. Poor customer service and did not one time take accountability for the mistake. That is a slap in the face; you sold me an eBook that was printed wrong, which was not my fault. So now I have to spend more money getting this printed correctly.
