- TATLea ADec 8, 20251.0This is my second bad experience with this UPS franchise location. First, the staff is extremely short and rude to customers. They nickle and dime you where they can. I Tried to send a tiny package to be delivered within Texas and the cheapest rate was $27.45. Added a picture for size reference of my package. Also tried to send an Amazon return and was told it needed to be in special packaging due to the “ground shipping”. They’re slippers! And in the packaging that Amazon sent them in. This was a last visit for me at this location. Brace yourself for short mannered staff and ridiculous shipping prices.
- KKKingNov 22, 20251.0This ups is the worst I had a package delivered here because my address is new and ups wouldn’t deliver to my home. The package wasn’t checked in until 5:45 they close at 6. I came the next day and was told it would be a holding fee to get my package. However I later found out the package was delivered there at 1pm and no one marked it as received. The girl working the front desk is rude and has a disgusting attitude.
