  I’m only giving 1 star so I can leave this review. This guy who has a name tag saying “Dragon” 😂 he is utterly disrespectful. Extremely rude. I am absolutely flabbergasted by his customer service skills. The first time I came in here my polymailer ended up with a small hole. I asked him if I could borrow literally 2 inches of his tape that was sitting on the counter. He snatched it up and said, “if you need tape, you can purchase some there” and pointed to a wall of merchandise. Absolutely blew my mind. Now I’m here today with Amazon returns. The store is a mess. There are boxes and loose labels all over the place. They threw my 3 small returns and labels on a pile of other boxes and labels. I asked very calmly and politely if they could slap the label on them real quick before I left. I explained I have had mislabeled Amazon returns in the past and as a result Amazon will not give me my refund because they received the wrong item. How long would that have taken? Probably less than a singular minute. No other customers in the store and “Dragon” says he won’t put the labels on right now but I can step aside and wait for him to have time. So I stood there for 35 minutes and waited patiently. He put a label on 1 of my packages but not the other 2 sitting right next to it. So I kindly asked if they could reverse my drop off and give my packages back. He threw my packages on the counter in front of me. This is where it gets crazy. I look at the label he did attach and opened the box. He did IN FACT put the WRONG label on the WRONG box. I told him this was my concern. He said he didn’t mislabel it, that I must have been looking at the wrong box. I asked if he reversed the drop offs in his system so that I could take them to a different location. He replies with I don’t know if you can return them at another store, they’re already in my system. So I stood there and canceled my returns on the Amazon app so that my drop off wouldn’t process. He lets me know his store is closing in 10 minutes. I said that’s fine, I’ll leave when I’m done. He told me to leave his store or he would call the cops. I giggled and finished what I was doing and let him know on my way out that I would call the cops for him since he already doesn’t have the time to do his job correctly. GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE!!
