    This place charged me 25 dollars because i had to return an amazon package and i returned it in the original packaging, and they said they couldnt accept it because it needed an extra box around it. THE PACKAGE WAS ALREADY IN A BOX!!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location on Eldridge. I came in with a simple question because it was my first time shipping something this way, and instead of receiving basic customer service, I was met with impatience and a very condescending tone. The employee helping me seemed irritated that I was asking questions and spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. When customers come in, they’re often there because they don’t know the process—that’s literally why we ask questions! Customer service should involve patience and respect, even for basic questions. This interaction made what should have been a quick errand unnecessarily uncomfortable. I hope management addresses the professionalism and training at this location so future customers don’t have the same experience!! Would not recommend this location
