The staff at this location were extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. The service here is complete trash absolute garbage. I don’t understand how a business can operate like this. Completely unacceptable and a horrible experience overall.

They just left a paper claiming no one was there to receive it. They are liars!!! Why is it so hard for them to do their JOB! When I call customer service, they have me on hold for a LONG TIME AND NEVER PICK UP. I asked to speak to a supervisor and No one picked up! Do not use UPS!!!!!!!
