- TGTish GruesoApr 18, 20261.0This is almost a real time review, just left this location 2 minutes ago 4/18/26 @ 125p. The male Middle Eastern man working was VERY rude towards me. I only asked him to tape the label across my box because my tape dispenser roll wasn’t working. I tried to do it myself and he yanked it out of my hand almost cutting my hand, it was grazed. He said “we aren’t allowed the customers to touch anything, I’ll do it”. But he was very rude. I only wanted to make sure the label was secure and do it myself to make sure. I did tell him he was rude, he didn’t have to snatch the roller out of my hand, and I would never return to this location. I haven’t had anyone be that rude and ugly towards me in a very long time.

I told them that I've returned items before at the Pearland location and I've never had to pay for printing the return label. They just repeated $2.53 for printing a label. Scammy location with their own extra fees. Looks like they tried to charge $2 for tape to a customer as well according to reviews. I'm not coming back to this location.
