  I recently left this UPS store at the corner of Ella & 34th. Toby was professional and very courteous. He carefully addressed our packaging + shipping needs. I had to leave box in hand and he even volunteered a complimentary plastic covering for the box to avoid damage given the rain. Five stars for you Toby for taking such great care of our family. Sarah, you’ve a solid team with excellent customer service. Thanks for being our neighborhood UPS!

  The owner is so disrespectful and has no empathy for human beings. I waited for about 5-8 minutes witnessing a mother trying to calm down her AUTISTIC son today while the owner was screaming at the boy asking what he was doing. The mother didn’t speak English and kept saying in Spanish her son was autistic since he was clearly in the middle of a crisis. The owner showed 0 empathy and thought it was just a bad kid. The second I stood up and spoke over her explaining the child was autistic she proceeded to ask me to leave her premises. Seeing all the other comments shows she has no business acumen and 0 people skills. Will not be going there again despite it being the closest ups to me!!!!!

  The Manager Sarah I believe her last name started with an M was probably one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had at this ups, I was returning some items from Amazon and she told me for bigger boxes I needed to tape the box so I purchased tape to run a 2 foot tape line on the box as I go to place other items on the scale to return she shoved the box off the scale asked if that was it as I had 5 other items in my hand as well I replied now put another one on the scale and she shoved it off again as if she just did not wanna work there then acted as if I wasn’t giving her the scanner to the bigger box i couldn’t lift on the scanner I thought I was helping her out by replying yes that’s the code but she talked down to me as if I was to stupid but she chose to never look at the scanner After replying yes that’s is the code to the box three different times I will let any one go in front of me from here on out just to avoid her rudeness
