Absolutely terrible experience with this Staples location and their third-party service, iPostal.
I’ve been trying for 3 straight days to get help locating a package that was delivered to my iPostal mailbox at this store. Every single time I call, I’m either placed on hold indefinitely or transferred around with no resolution. No one ever follows through.
What’s even more concerning is the lack of accountability. I’ve been given names of employees who supposedly “handled” my request, but when I call back and ask for them, I’m told those individuals don’t even work there. That alone raises serious concerns about professionalism and honesty. Jarod or Jeffery was a couple of the names they threw out.
At no point has anyone taken ownership of the issue or made a real effort to help. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding responsibility rather than assisting a paying customer.
If you’re considering using this location for iPostal or any mail-related service, I strongly recommend thinking twice. Reliability and customer service are clearly not a priority here.

I was in an extreme hurry to have programs printed for an event that we were having the next day. The staff at Staples were right on it and completed the work while I waited while still bringing to my attention all the discount offers that my organization was entitled to. Could not have asked for a better experience!

What's the point in purchasing online when they don't even have a clue about the online order when I go pick it up? And to top it off they cancel the order after making me wait 1 hour outside for it. Absolute joke of a company and last time I ever do any business with staples. The most useless employees as well.

Went to complete TSA Precheck. No specific hours shown online for this. Tried to call to clarify hours but was on hold with the automated system for 15 mins. Showed up at 6PM on a Thursday and was told they only can do Precheck Mon-Fri at 9-5. Came back the following Monday and was told "the lady is never here on Mondays and try again later." Such a joke of a store.

The pathetic excuse for an employee in printing with the green dreads could not have been more unprofessional and rude. While I was speaking with their coworker about a simple issue, they decided to interject with a condescending tone to “just answer” my question that no one asked them. Then proceeded to berate me after I asked why they were being rude. The helpful coworker tried to mediate and the trash employee said they wanted to get fired.Then when I asked for the manager to correct the initial issue, the manager didn’t at all seem phased or address the employee’s behavior. Overall a horrible experience, and a waste of $30 for a print job I can’t even use.
