  This concerns the PNC located at 2707 West Lake Houston Parkway. Today, I am contacting you about the rude employees you have working at this location. I went in to this location in response to a message from Mrs. Knox, the branch manager regarding the pennies that she had that I could come in to get. She had previously been so kind and understanding about why I was looking for pennies to make keepsakes for my grandchildren. I went in twice today to that location. First time there was no greeter at the door so I asked the man behind the desk for Mrs. Knox by name regarding the pennies and was told by that man that she was at lunch and to come back. I came back and when I asked the greeter for Mrs. Knox, I was informed she was off today. Then the rude girl behind the counter said she was the one with the pennies. After a little back and forth I asked if I could get some pennies. She said I could have $20 worth and counted out forty rolls and said there is your $20 in pennies. I looked at her, waited a minute, and then said I will need a coin plastic bag and my drivers license back so I can leave. She gave me both and walked off. I put the pennies in the bag, told the greeter that the man and women were the rudest bank employees I have ever dealt with and left. The man knew about the bags because Mrs. Knox had told him before to use them for customers getting rolled coins and had him put my $5.00 worth in the bag at that time when he just expected me to carry them out. It would definitely have been an issue carrying $20 worth of rolled pennies by hand. I have been a customer at your bank for over 25 years since you were known as Compass. Over the years I have dealt with many bank employees but these two are the worst. I have dealt with both of them on other occasions and they have always been rude. Today, I decided I do not have to be treated so rudely and am sharing my experience with you. Of course, I honestly do not expect anything to change which is why most of your locations have 1 Star. I believe I am being generous with having to choose one Star when I truly believe it should be a 0 Star Have a Blessed Day Future Chase Customer
