  I took my 3 piece mini split to 4 FedEx locations and finally arrived here! So grateful they take flammable items! The ladies helped me out. However they didn’t give me a receipt and said they would scan the packages 📦 tomorrow. Hope it shows up on my end because it’s super important this expensive item gets returned!

  Like other reviewers have mentioned the delivery drivers at this FedEx facility will falsify an attempted delivery to cut their job short. I had a valuable package in which a FedEx delivery driver from this location stated they attempted a delivery, in which the driver did not even make an attempt to deliver, and the driver used a photo from a few days prior attempted delivery as I received a "We tried to deliver your shipment..." email while I was sitting on my porch awaiting this package. Extremely shady business practices going on at this FedEx facility, beware.

  Delivery drivers claimed my address was invalid and did not attempt delivery though I had several packages from the same order and merchant delivered the day prior. Beware of shady business practices and always insure your packages!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation deserves to be called out clearly. For several days, my package has been sitting undelivered with no legitimate explanation. Based on tracking and interactions, it appears the assigned driver, Alvin, has repeatedly failed to complete delivery without cause. This isn’t a one-off delay—it’s a pattern of negligence. What’s even more concerning is the complete breakdown on the customer service side. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue resulted in generic responses, no ownership, and zero follow-through. No escalation, no accountability, no solution. Just empty assurances while the package continues to sit. This reflects a much deeper operational problem within this hub. When a driver can simply choose not to deliver, and customer service either cannot or will not intervene, it points to a lack of management oversight, poor internal controls, and a culture that tolerates failure at multiple levels. From a business standpoint, this is unacceptable. Logistics is fundamentally about reliability and execution. Right now, this location is failing at both—and damaging the company’s credibility in the process. I strongly recommend that leadership audit this facility, review driver performance (specifically Alvin’s route handling), and address the customer service breakdown immediately. Until then, customers should be aware that their deliveries may depend more on chance than on any consistent operational standard. *update* they did it again on 3/31/2026, I think I’m going to forward all complaints to the FTC since customer service refuses to give corporates number and would rather leave my package in limbo.
