- KNKate NelsonFeb 5, 20261.0I had the worst experience with using fedex. I paid for the highest priority shipping for it to get there the next day at 8am. I was told it would be there before 8am or my money back guaranteed. It didn’t get there until 3 days later at night and they are “unable to give me a refund” because of the winter weather delay. This was a package going from Texas to Oklahoma where the winter weather was not affecting the roads in the slightest. I should’ve driven the package there myself and it would’ve been faster.
