- TBT B1 day ago1.0Staff are combative, rude, and unhelpful. The self serve kiosk keeps having the same issue for me, refusing to print and when I ask for help they charge me for "full service" and then are so rude when I try to ask about what my options are. Why is it so difficult to do simple print jobs or even just get some help?

- JBJeff Burnett5 days ago1.0Bad experience. I visited to print 5 copies using the self-service printer but was charged without receiving any prints. I then waited over 10 minutes for assistance, was redirected to another associate who never arrived, and ultimately had to return to the counter and wait again. I had to explain the issue multiple times, with no clear ownership taken. The manager was aware of the situation but did not step in, and communication from staff—particularly the manager—was condescending and unprofessional. After more than 25 minutes spent on a simple task, I requested a refund, which was initially processed incorrectly, causing further delay. Overall, poor service coordination, lack of accountability, and unprofessional.

And 3 out of the last 4 times there, once seen, forget about politeness from behind the counter. I DREAD having to go there for a return. I refuse to go there for my shipping needs!
