I’ve been coming here for years and have never had someone take the time to help me with my shipments and orders! Anyone coming to this office ask for Raul he will take care of you and will take his time with a smile on his face!!!
- JJJenniFeb 14, 20261.0Terrible location with horrible customer service. A FedEx vehicle was blocking the ADA access ramp for over 1hr while we were visiting the business next to Fedex. I informed a staff member called Rajana or Rajaa, and was told it was “their parking” and the vehicle would not be moved. She basically laughed at our face and had a very bad attitude. My father-in-law who uses a scouter due to his disability could not get access to the ADA ramp. An ADA ramp is an access route and should remain unobstructed to ensure accessibility for everyone. I already emailed Fedex corporate office with the name of the employee, the photos that show the violation and the location of this FedEx.
- VCVero CJan 14, 20261.0Fed ex sucks. Never delivered my package even though it was so close to where I live. They gave me nothing but excuses and put the blame on each other. Customer service people were worse. So clueless. I'm sure they stole my package. Don't ever and I mean every do business with fed ex!!. If you do then you can expect to never receive your packages.
