Of all the post offices that I've patronized This is one of the most horriblest ones ever I can't even begin to put into words how horrible the experience is coming here It really needs a overhaul on things that would take me three pages to write

They deserved nothing but $7.25 a hour. They will give you the run around and waste your time. They have miserable attitudes, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! instead go to UPS, it’s much cheaper! Or go to a different location

Absolutely dreadful service!!! I did not open my own mailbox for a short time, and my mailbox was completely emptied of my sensitive banking information and credit card I had waiting on me. I called the help line, and there is no way to deal with it through the customer care line, nor would it connect me to a human to untangle the mess. I dont know if they are holding my mail or if they just stole it. I'm just going to have to file a police report.

The lady's at the front desk don't care at all. I tried to ask for my attendants name and she wouldn't give it to me. They lied and said I couldn't have 2 shipping labels per return to the same destination. And when I tried to explain they're going to the same place she didn't care. It was at 5pm on Tuesday October 21 2025
