Dear Station Manager, I am submitting this urgent escalation regarding USPS’s continued failure to deliver my mail following my Change of Address request. I have contacted the post office multiple times and have been told that USPS “does not know where my mail is” because “there are many carriers.” This response is unacceptable and indicates a failure to follow required USPS procedures. USPS is obligated to: • Verify the AMS (Address Management System) status of my address • Check the carrier case for my route to determine whether mail is being held • Ensure that my address is deliverable and that the CBU/superbox lock is functional and accessible • Provide alternate maintenance personnel if the assigned technician is unavailable At this time, none of these steps appear to have been completed, and my mail remains undelivered. I have been further informed that the individual responsible for changing the CBU lock is unavailable for four weeks. A single employee’s absence cannot justify a month‑long interruption of mail delivery. I am requesting immediate action: 1. Locate all mail currently held for my address and release it for pickup or delivery. 2. Verify and correct the AMS status of my address. 3. Assign alternate maintenance personnel to replace the CBU lock without delay. 4. Provide written confirmation of the steps taken and the date normal delivery will resume. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate to USPS Consumer Affairs and the USPS Office of Inspector General, as this situation represents a failure to provide required delivery services. Thank you for your immediate attention. Sincerely, Dave Steadman

This place is unprofessional and return all packages for no reason. This place will lose business I will now go to FedEx or UPS for all my business needs. If I could put a negative I would it deserves no stars.

Genuinely never had a worse experience at the post office (which is really saying something, if you know USPS). I needed fingerprinting for my business and Phyllis outright refused to do it, made something up about it not being available until 10am when her colleague arrived, mocked us when we pointed out that that’s not what their website says, and generally had the most unpleasant attitude I’ve encountered in a very long time. With people like that working there, it’s no wonder they have a 2-star rating (and thus, have to badger their other patrons to complete their customer service survey). Shout out to Cory for trying his very best to make up for her nastiness. In the end, the fingerprints were still taken incorrectly, meaning I had to apply twice & yes, be charged twice. Unprofessionalism & incompetence through & through. Do yourself a favor & pick another post office.
