I called the help line, and there is no way to deal with it through the customer care line, nor would it connect me to a human to untangle the mess. I dont know if they are holding my mail or if they just stole it. I'm just going to have to file a police report.

They lied and said I couldn't have 2 shipping labels per return to the same destination. And when I tried to explain they're going to the same place she didn't care.
