- RCRandall ChanDec 12, 20251.0As always this post office isn’t any different from all the other post offices I’ve used. The customer service is 100% atrocious. You absolutely know they don’t care about taking care of anyone’s packages. Anytime they are given a package to be delivered they always say it’s delivered on the tracking site but yet I don’t have it. I homes think it’s deliberate because this happens frequently. It’s absolutely frustrating that you pay for a product and then to be lost by USPS. It is there one job which is to deliver mail and packages on time and at the correct address. These folks who work at the post office take no pride in their work. They took this job for easy pay with minimal supervision and a pension. Look at all the bad reviews. Over 400 yet they do nothing about it. Shameful

My tracking showed it landed and was accepted Monday morning, but I’ve been up there for now three days in a row and no one has answers on what happened to my package I paid for and had held for pickup. The manager said they would call me when the other carriers got back at the end of the day but it’s been crickets! The post office in 77079 where I moved to, is always so efficient and reliable…. my packages were always delayed and lost when I lived in this area. I had to file an investigation and still no package! This is ridiculous and very infuriating, how is this allowed to go on I don’t understand!!! Holiday packages aren’t safe I see.

I dont know if this is common or not but the fact that I can not get a hold of anyone is very frustrating and based off these reviews im also very concerned.
