This place is an absolute joke. I would bet 50% of my packages I order are lost with them. It's so bad when I order something I reach out to the retailer and ask them to NOT use USPS. During Christmas time I have several Ring videos of them literally tossing packages 10' from my front door. When I called they begged me not to post the videos.

USPS PLEASE FIX YOUR METAL PACKAGE DROP AND ADDRESS THE EARLY CLOSE TIME! You need to either change your sign to closing at 4:45 or refresh your employees memories of close time.
This is about the 40th time (no exaggeration here) that this location has been closed before 5PM. The employees are at their counters but will ignore customers. Normally, I can just use the self-service if it actually has paper but then there is the issue of the package drop itself. It has been broken and dangerous with no handle for at least 3 years. It frequently gets stuck but now it’s just impossible to move so no one can leave their package. An employee told me 3x it works, yet she would not move it herself. 5 people put all their strength into it and it wouldn’t move. So it can’t be that easy to use. Not to mention I have ripped holes in 2 shirts over the years having to move the entire bin. It gets stuck on the sharp metal on the actual bin.
I run an online business so I mail almost daily. I have to get a receipt when I mail my packages now because I do not trust that my mail will be picked up unless it’s our regular carrier, Blair. She is amazing but 9/10x her male counterparts don’t take my scheduled pick ups and send an email that they have.
This is an entirely different issue that needs to be addressed.

Lady at the counter was very rude/dismissive. It does not cost a lot to be kind.

As always this post office isn’t any different from all the other post offices I’ve used. The customer service is 100% atrocious. You absolutely know they don’t care about taking care of anyone’s packages. Anytime they are given a package to be delivered they always say it’s delivered on the tracking site but yet I don’t have it. I homes think it’s deliberate because this happens frequently. It’s absolutely frustrating that you pay for a product and then to be lost by USPS. It is there one job which is to deliver mail and packages on time and at the correct address. These folks who work at the post office take no pride in their work. They took this job for easy pay with minimal supervision and a pension. Look at all the bad reviews. Over 400 yet they do nothing about it. Shameful
