From the moment I walked in until I ultimately left, the experience was frustrating. The older Black woman at the counter was not only condescending but also unhelpful. It felt as though she spoke to customers as if they were inept for simply trying to ask questions and understand the process. It’s disheartening to feel belittled when we are the ones seeking assistance. There is a level of respect and kindness that should be afforded to customers, and unfortunately, that was entirely lacking. I found myself unable to complete my transaction, despite giving her the benefit of the doubt based on how she interacted with others. When I approached the desk, her dismissive remark, "What are you gonna do with this?" caught me off guard. When I explained that I intended to send it out and provided the address, she bluntly stated, “No, we don’t do that here,” while pushing my package away. If she is unable to handle customer inquiries, perhaps a different role would suit her better; one where she doesn’t have to interact with those seeking help. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, and it’s disheartening to witness this behavior, especially within our community. I would appreciate it if a corporate manager could reach out to discuss this matter further.
