- BBBri6 days ago3.0I rarely ever have a good experience at this office, and it's always the same group of employees that have a nasty attitude and act dead inside. They have a couple of great customer service employees. Idk, I just think that if you dislike your job that much you should go somewhere else so the customers can be happier & better off without you. I go to other locations and their ppl smile, greet, offer to help, etc. That should be your standard. Not the chip-on-the-shoulder, dead-eye attitude. I'd give them a 1-star, but the mailmen are usually good so that's why they get a 3-star

There is an elevator and stair access that is 15 ft. from the mailboxes that they put mail in. ....and they don't answer the phone!!!!
