They have a couple of great customer service employees. Idk, I just think that if you dislike your job that much you should go somewhere else so the customers can be happier & better off without you. I go to other locations and their ppl smile, greet, offer to help, etc. That should be your standard. Not the chip-on-the-shoulder, dead-eye attitude. I'd give them a 1-star, but the mailmen are usually good so that's why they get a 3-star
