The customer service here absolutely sucks. I dread going to this location. Every time I am there, I am met by unenthusiastic, rude, and overall dismissive workers. I went to this location (Hadley Street) on 11/17/2025 and as I was trying to complete my purchase, the one clerk who was present (the black older male) was being quite rude and dismissive to me. He was unhelpful and sarcastic which is very unprofessional.

Staff that work at this location need to be the example for every USPS location nationwide. I kid you not when I say, I’ve been to several locations in Houston and in other states. People are polite, facility is clean and they move with a sense of urgency. In addition to that, for people that work late during the week, they are open on Saturdays. What more can you ask for?
