- LMLara MFeb 23, 20261.0my mail was compromised by this office. I have USPS informed delivery. It’s funny that they left this particular piece of mail off of my USPS deformed delivery. My identity was stolen out of this envelope which had documents with my identification in it when I came to the office and asked to speak to the woman who identified herself as the manager name Miss Houston she laughed in my face, was a very rude and nasty and refused to give me any actual help other than providing me the exact same number to file a complaint on the office when I asked information about the person on the route or was talking to her employees, she scarfed and said I can’t do that. It’d be impossible to figuring it out. You don’t have that many employees at this office. It is an inside ring. I will tell anybody if you have anything with your identification do not mail at this post office. They are stealing identification.

However, Janice gave me the Chick-fil-A experience. She was so kind, caring, and she was working hard to get me back on my way. I wish all USPS workers were like Janice.
