- KLKayana LinderSep 29, 20251.0I’m very disappointed with the delivery service. My package was marked as ‘Delivery Attempt – Held at Post Office, At Customer Request,’ but no attempt was ever made. I was home, my mailbox was not full, and no notice was left. This has happened even though I’ve never had issues with deliveries before. Now my package is being held at the post office, which is closed before and after my work hours, making it nearly impossible for me to pick it up. It’s frustrating and unfair to mark packages as attempted deliveries when no attempt was made. Customers should not have to waste time and money chasing down packages because of errors or shortcuts in the delivery process.
