Came in place was empty two ladies were standing in the same bay having a long personal, conversation didn’t bother to say hi when I needed help looking around for Christmas cards and gift cards. When I told them what I’m looking for they spoke to me like I’m crazy and unreasonable. All other USPS locations I’ve been to still have plenty of Christmas cards and gift cards at this time of year. The whole interaction they acted like I’m intruding on their personal break time and kept talking. THIS IS YOUR JOB.

This post office customer service has gone from marginal to poor to bad to worse to unacceptable. Never more than 2 counter clerks and a lot of time 1 is busy with passports. The place is dingy. Clerks on the other side of po box walls are very loud and can be heard cursing. They took a handicap reserved parking space and made it the manager’s parking space. Often counter clerks appear to be “dressed down” - tshirts, jeans. 9 times out of 10 counter clerks’ answers are “I don’t know”. There are rude women clerks. No one and that is no one ever answers the phone - you can let it ring over 4 minutes then you are disconnected. When picking up packages lines form before anyone comes to that door. The other day the “doorbell wasn’t working so no one ever came to that door for package pick up - had to stand in line for the counter service. Avoid going in!
