This was at the checkout counter. I also had the experience of the person checking me out was on their personal phone (ear pods) while checking me out and made a mistake on my package. My package has been sitting in the post office since Wednesday.. I missed a huge deadline because of the lack of professionalism.

I handed my package to the clerk and requested a return receipt for the package. I was told I needed to go out front to the machine for that service. Two clerks were working at the time and they were not busy at all. This is the 2nd time this has happened. My opinion is that they don't want to work and when asked a question the clerk became belligerent. This is TOTALLY UNNECESSARY!!
