It’s always something at this location. Here now and they are closed because the internet is down. Last time I was here a few weeks ago they were “closed on a lunch break”. Since when does USPS close mid business day for a lunch break?

I had a frustrating experience at this post office. Only one employee was working the front counter, and instead of focusing on assisting customers, she was engaged in a personal conversation while a line formed. Several customers were visibly frustrated, and direct questions were dismissed or not answered clearly. What should have been a quick visit took nearly 20 minutes, despite only four people being in line. This lack of professionalism and efficiency is unacceptable. Although this location is very close to my home, I would not return based on this experience. Management should address this to ensure basic customer service standards are met.

This is the worse mailing service ever. If you beed to ship something use other mail service like FedEx, DHL, or any other service

If I can leave 0 stars I would. These employees in here don’t want to work and try to do the most to not help you and get you out of line, by far the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in my life. I will be complaining to a higher department because this is just crazy.

Tina was working the counter single handed today. She was amazing! Upbeat, positive and very efficient! Keep up the great work. Tried ringing the buzzer at the side door twice to share with her manager but no one answered.
