Only one employee was working the front counter, and instead of focusing on assisting customers, she was engaged in a personal conversation while a line formed. Several customers were visibly frustrated, and direct questions were dismissed or not answered clearly. What should have been a quick visit took nearly 20 minutes, despite only four people being in line. This lack of professionalism and efficiency is unacceptable. Although this location is very close to my home, I would not return based on this experience. Management should address this to ensure basic customer service standards are met.
