- EFElena Florintsev5 days ago1.0Don't send anything via USPS. Once it is marked as delivered in their system you have no recourse even if it is insured. The mailman can dump packages and then mark as delivered and that's it. They just automatically deny claims over and over again

I have been sending mail the same way for work for over 8 years and this location is the only one to ever give me issues and refuse to send in the way that my work requires. When I tried to explain that I’ve done it this way for 8 years with every post office and have never had issues she just said “well I do it the correct way” and refused.
