I don't know why I bother mailing anything from this location. Employees lack customer service skills and are very unprofessional and rude. I will find another location for my needs.

That’s on top of some staff being super rude to customers! Each experience here is somehow more disappointing than the last.
- EFElena FlorintsevNov 20, 20251.0Don't send anything via USPS. Once it is marked as delivered in their system you have no recourse even if it is insured. The mailman can dump packages and then mark as delivered and that's it. They just automatically deny claims over and over again
