One of the staff member prioritizes having a private phone call rather than helping customers. Very rude and unprofessional service.

Worst POSTAL SERVICE EVER!!!! PAID for priority shipping and my item never made it. Went into the post office and the black gentleman with glasses. The same gentleman that sent it out looks it up and tells me that it was stuck in the distribution center. I then tell him that I PAID for it to be delivered and get to its location on time. He then proceeds to tell me that "just because you paid, that does not guarantee that the item will be there"?!?!?! WHAT?!?!? The item still has not made it to the location. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! It will not make it to the proper destination.
