I arrived before posted closing time on January 28th, 2026to find the employees decided they wanted to go home early that day. I had to wait >30 minutes to use the 1 self-serf kiosk to send a $7 certified letter 30 miles to Katy. It is now. February 6, 2026 and I could have walked the letter to Katy and faster than this! There's no human support to be found calling the USPS numbers, you get the automated system that wants you online, which locks up and fails. Do better USPS!

The employees and the manager are incredibly discriminatory. It seems they have forgotten that their own ancestors lived through times of segregation; now, they are treating other minorities the same way. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed them laughing, making racist comments about other races, and treating customers poorly.
It is disheartening to live in a time where those whose families were once victims of discrimination are now the ones inflicting it on others. Is this the country we want for our children’s future? I will continue to file complaints because this behavior must stop. This is not a private company—this is the Post Office!"

Horrible! I brought a bunch of packages in for postage. They told me that they did not have enough staff to accommodate my request and refused to help me. Unreal!

So rude. Very unhelpful. Do they care at all about their reviews? I will be calling the main office to complain. They treat you like you’re dumb and won’t even give you a piece of tape if you need it. I did not need one but before today I did and they turned me away. I have never been to a PO where they would not do that for you. Today; the man working treated me like I was absolutely stupid and wasting his time bc I was not going fast enough and did not know he was holding up the scanner for my QR code and barked at me.
