They treat you like you’re dumb and won’t even give you a piece of tape if you need it. I did not need one but before today I did and they turned me away. I have never been to a PO where they would not do that for you. Today; the man working treated me like I was absolutely stupid and wasting his time bc I was not going fast enough and did not know he was holding up the scanner for my QR code and barked at me.

Even though my original passport appointment at another USPS( Rich Hill,Houston, TX) was denied without any reason, the staff here stepped in immediately and helped me apply for my newborn’s passport without any hassle. They were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful—especially during a stressful time with a newborn. Thank you for providing the kind of service every USPS center should aim for. Highly recommended!
