The couriers steal your packages. I've had ALL of my packages stolen since 6/2024. Now all my mail goes to my sisters house because of this issue. They do nothing about it. Be ware having anything sent through USPS if this is your zoned office.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! Came in this morning 10/21/25 to pick up mail and the older lady with gray hair and purple braid wearing purple lipstick was very unhelpful and had a very dismissive attitude. The girl helping at the mail pickup window moved through the motions as if she wanted to be everywhere but the post office. This was 2 hours after opening and attitude is already bad! No getting, no confirmation of address, and shutting the door after handing over mail. This post office is a disgrace.

I have been going to this USPS location for over 25 years and the service has gotten so unbearable that I now drive farther just to avoid it. The younger staff are decent, but the older employees at the service desk always seem to be in a terrible mood. Every visit feels tense and uncomfortable. I recently went in to open a PO Box after filling out and printing the correct form online. One of the older clerks immediately dismissed it, saying it was not the right one, even though she admitted the form had recently changed online. When I calmly tried to explain, she shouted in front of everyone, “ARE YOU TELLIN’ ME HOW TO DO MY JOB?” It was loud, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. When I came back to show that my form was correct, she was still rude and condescending. What made it worse was seeing how differently she treated people of her own race, greeting them warmly with “heyyy babyyyy, come on over,” while giving everyone else attitude. It is obvious that profiling is happening here and it is unacceptable. No matter how polite or prepared you are, you will leave feeling drained and disrespected. The energy in that post office is awful. If you value your peace of mind, go to a different USPS location. This one will ruin your day.

the staff there is very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a tape to attach my shipping label, but they did to provide. Instead, they tried to sell me some expensive tapes in their store. I've never seen mean staff in other carriers. USPS, you need to train your staff!
