I had an issue with a package that hadn’t been scanned in, and when I approached the counter for assistance, I encountered a rude response from an employee named Margie. She was dismissive and unhelpful, and it felt like my concerns were brushed aside. I understand that things can get busy, but courtesy and professionalism go a long way. I hope that the management can address this and improve customer service in the future.
- TLTracy LPDec 26, 20251.0I visited this post office on Friday, December 26 between 4:50–4:56 PM, shortly before closing. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The clerk seated at the middle counter had a very poor attitude. When I accidentally selected the wrong option on the self-service machine, instead of offering help or guidance, she appeared visibly irritated, sighed repeatedly, and showed clear frustration. She did not explain anything, did not help me choose an appropriate shipping option, and made it obvious she did not want to assist. I was polite and did nothing wrong. I simply needed help. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially for a public service position. I understand it was close to closing time, but that is not an excuse for dismissive behavior. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This location clearly needs better customer service training and accountability.

It’s the Christmas season come on, show some cheer! If you don’t enjoy your job, maybe this isn’t the right place for you. Every single customer who walks in here gets treated poorly, and it’s honestly a shame. Let’s do better, people!!!
