The employees failed to provide a pen for people to fill out their forms, so I was actively searching for one. This employee shouts out quotations “are you finding everything you need”… He was busy with another customer so I thought he couldn’t possibly be talking to me. He repeated himself again and again I didn’t hear him. This seemed to upset him, so he started, literally spelling out his same comment, using the words space and comma and question mark in his slow spelling, as though I’m some idiot that needed a spelling lesson. I was VERY confused as to why ANYONE in customer service would think it was ok to demean and belittle ANYONE. He then followed up his spelling by stating straight me, unblinking, as though he was expecting a response after his childish behavior. I will be filing as many complaints as as possible against this employee, will never use this post office again in my life, that employee needs to be fired immediately. I did double check with another employee from the back to make sure that this wasn’t a disability or social issue or anything, she confirmed to me That it is not. I’m still FURIOUS.

- RMRicardo MartinezAug 30, 20251.0Worst usps location in all of Houston multiple times they decide only to deliver my package on a Friday but end leaving me a oversized slip forcing me to pick it up in person even though I’ve told them multiple times to just leave the packages at the front gate instead it’s honestly baffling they can’t follow simple instructions now I have to wait till Monday because they’re the only location that closes the entire weekend yeah they for sure deserve a whole weekend off ridiculous
