He gently corrected and reminded me that we placed our mail on hold and that is the reason why my postman didn't deliver my package. He quickly retrieved our mail and my package and gave them to me. I presumptiously thought the worst of a very honest and honorable mailman based on previous reviews. I was wrong. I apologize. Both of these postal workers are african american men. Thanks again guys for doing an outstanding 👏 🙌 job and thanks again for excellent customer service.
