The ladies are great inside easy fast & helpful if one is not there they have to take a lunch break and 2 of their 15 mins breaks plus do work in the back for P.O. Boxes be easy on those hard working ladies! They are very kind who cares go to another post office this is not the only one in south Houston

- RPRicko PeremenDec 21, 20161.0Very bad service... i called and told her the package i've sent wasnt delivered, and she put me on hold... after minutes with no answer i called back and she told me my package was "delivered on front door" and i said: "how do you know..." she interrupted me and put me on hold... what i was to tell her is HOW DO YOU KNOW MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED IN FRONT DOOR IF I DIDNT GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION, ANY TRACKING NUMBER, ANY ADDRESS... nothing.... now she dont even answer the phone... if somebody in post office really read this i havnt her name, bit today is 12/21/16 9:30am.... i mean, is early!!! Why did she is in that mood already!!!!
