Drivers dispatched from this office are never on time and don't follow shipping instructions like a signature required. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location is you HAVE to use USPS. I now use FedEx if possible as their pick up and drop offs have never been an issue. This place is so horrible it should be a crime.

You not even putting in more work then the carriers and they are more respectful and polite! This is a disgrace to tax payers, that have to deal with unprofessionalism from individuals that rather not be at work. Or just unsatisfied of the job and work duties. CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are tax payers that work in customer service or has previously worked in customer service that will agree (as I have seen in my most recent visit). This needs to be addressed. I know a lot of other that would love their job and perform 10x better!

This location has been closed for over a week, which has caused significant inconvenience to customers who rely on your services for timely shipments. Additionally, the staff at this location have demonstrated very poor customer service. They treat customers with a lack of respect and professionalism, making the experience extremely unpleasant. I request that UPS take immediate action to address these issues — including investigating the ongoing closure and ensuring that employees at this branch receive proper training in customer service and professionalism. I expect a prompt response and a clear explanation of the steps UPS will take to resolve these problems. I’m very disappointed with this USPS location. I sent out several packages with candles from here, and they were returned to me 15 days later, completely damaged and broken. Another package that was delivered to a customer arrived with all the candles shattered because of the poor handling. The service at this office is terrible — the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the woman who works at the counter. She is always bitter, disrespectful, and treats customers very badly. I do not recommend this USPS location at all. They need to improve their customer service and take better care of the packages people tru
