I made an appointment at this location and as soon as I walked in the black lady with long braids and glasses gave us the nastiest look and asked if anybody was there for passport appts and we said we were. It was 12:55 our appt was at 1:15 so we got there early since in the email it says arrive 15 min early. She let us know she had already done the 1pm appointment. Right away she sends us outside to the waiting room and tells us to wait out there she will come and get us when she is ready, I said ok cool. It’s 1:30 i go back in there to remind her just in case she forgets and when I walk up to her she sighed rolled her eyes and said “i have to take care of all these people then I will get to you” mind you it was one person behind me. She made it seem like the place was super busy and I had an appointment. She seemed super lazy and she was being nice and talkative to the other customers except for me. I don’t know why this lady was so rude to me. It cost nothing to be nice to people? This location advertises they do walk ins but when you show up they tell you they are understaffed and can never help you. I tell her then what was the point of making the appointment? Right away she says “I’m not going to go back and forth with you you can talk to a supervisor out there” . Basically she did not want to help me whatsoever I don’t know what her problem was but she seemed very hateful. Another male employee shows up no help by the way he told me “theres no supervisor here whatever she says goes she will help you when she wants too”. He did not seem to care. If you don’t like your job then find another one!!!!! I just wanted my kids passports and they were making it so complicated for me. At the end another employee helped me out I guess the woman refused to do my application because they had told me she was the only one doing them . I felt very discriminated here by the way I’m hispanic. So beware guys if you make an appointment they will help you IF THEY WANT TOO. By the way i had my other childs passport done here a month prior and kim got it done in about 15 minutes. This woman could have processed my application in the time she had me waiting out there. The place was not busy at all and people kept walking in and out the whole time.

9/24/2025: I made an appointment online to get my passport application filed/renewed. The online appointment scheduling was easy. One thing to note, I tried 4 times to get the authorization code to be sent to my phone via text, but it would not work. I had to have it emailed instead. No worries, just letting others know the issue. I was helped almost immediately for my appointment time. The guy was very nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten his name. Receipt notes: Clerk #5 on 9/24/2025 at 10:40 AM (my appointment was at 10:30 AM). I was there for maybe 15 minutes total. I was truly expecting at least 45 minutes. Everything was easy, fast, professional, and convenient. There is so much surrounding a passport, so it's hard to know where to go and what to do. I already has my photos done at Walgreens a week prior and I completed my paperwork prior to my post office appointment. Doing this will shorten your appointment time. Nonetheless, I was super happy with Clerk #5. He made my day by making my appointment a breeze. Thank you, Sir!

I visited this USPS location last Saturday around 9:30 AM. A male staff member helped me very kindly. Even though I was unfamiliar with the procedures and needed a lot of assistance, he patiently guided me through everything without any complaints. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly appreciated!
