Me and the lady infront was so frustrated of being waiting and got to send home because they said it's not applicable since we didn't have all the paperwork, the instruction wete unclear. Then the next day i went to other place at bellaire as a walk in , I was greeted with a gentleman and he checked if I got everything for passport application before asking someone to help me , it was efficient and quick, not like here, they let you hang around without anyone to help you, it was so frustrated
