I wish I had a different post office. They have lost 2 packages in the last month to add to the list of packages that have been lost. The packages are always marked as "left with an individual" but it is never me... Missing mail requests go ignored and there is no compensation for the losses. I dont know if theyre shady or just inept. And after business hours, there appears to be two people living in there and even smoking cigarettes. What the hell is going on here?

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service we received during a passport appointment. We arrived 20 minutes early and were left waiting in line for nearly an hour while the employee went to lunch without communicating anything to the customers waiting. My grandmother has serious knee problems and struggled to stand that entire time. When the employee returned, she chose to help someone who was late for their appointment instead of those who had been waiting patiently. When I politely asked what was going on, I was told we could reschedule if we didn’t like it. That lack of empathy and professionalism was honestly upsetting. I expect better treatment, especially toward elderly customers who physically struggle to wait that long.

Calling the Investigation Line as soon as this week starts ! Over 2 weeks of missing mail that have been scanned in and shown as "delivered" on informed delivery, that has not been received! I even put a "hold" on my mail to see if that would help me begin to get my mail ....the staff always says that there is no mail there for me even though informed delivery clearly shows days and days of scanned in mail! Im even missing a credit card (that I have now had LOCKED for over a week.because it never made it to my mailbox), I'm also missing mail for my child's CHAMPVA health insurance updates and my Veteran's Affairs mail. I have never dealt with consistently "lost," tampered with or stolen mail in my life. I will not continue to go into this branch and wait 30 min to a couple hours just to be told they have "nothing" when it is a flat out lie.... They will be reported for everything that has went missing. Going forward , I will have to use my non-USPS PO Box to receive my mail which is such a shame, USPS is typically considered the safest mail carrier in the country. This branch needs to be HEAVILY INVESTIGATED!!
