I purchased stamps at the kiosk after the holidays and received holiday stamps from the machine. I’m using the stamps for an event and need regular non-holiday stamps. I asked the manager at this location (in her office on her phone and was really bothered by my request), if she could please exchange stamps for regular stamps. Her response was “I’m not going to exchange them”. I asked her why and told her I had a receipt. She said “because I’m not going to”. She then asked me to leave her office and actually tripped me with her foot on the way out. Pretty crazy behavior even for USPS.

Just don’t come here. I booked an appointment to get my passport and the process was worse than pulling teeth. I will say Kenyha was a great help and tried her best to maintain a positive environment. However Barbora who sits at the front of the passport desk is the rudest person for no reason. I arrived on time for my appointment and she then told me she needed to take a break which was only supposed to be 10 minutes but lasted 20. She spoke to everyone in there as if we were her grandchildren. This location doesn’t have a two star rating for no reason. Save your energy and go elsewhere. BARBORA NEEDS TO BE LET GO!

Worst post office. Went there to pickup a package and one lady was yelling at someone. My package was not there even though I had scheduled it for pickup for that day since apparently they don’t deliver. Went back the next day. The lady that had been yelling the day before dragged my box across the floor (box was then torn). I asked her to assist me to put it in my wagon. She said: “No. It’s heavy.” The box weight on the side says under 39 pounds, but I’m 100% P&T veteran disabled—so sometimes a little help is nice to have—and with two people lifting it, it would have been much easier for me. Plus, I would think a postal worker is supposed to be able to lift at least 20 pounds. She just put it up on her counter. Other issues as well with this location.

Extremely bad service. Didnt let me use the tape that is available there for free - I had to tape up a small 5 inch box just to close it. Other usps have a tape dispenser thing they let us use if it’s such a small thing. The lady was rude. Also didn't let me give the feedback where usps asks how was the service, skipped past it real fast before I could select the bad service option on register.

When I walked in, no one greeted me. There were 2 African American ladies at the desk talking with one another. I thought they were handling something so I waited. They never addressed me, never asked what I needed help with. They continued to talk with one another. Once she realized I needed help, she didn’t have the best disposition. I would never come back to this post office. The overall customer service was horrible. You would think customer service would be top tier , because Of the area.
