Dude just stood there staring at me, didn't ask how I wanted to mail my package, didn't actually even make eye contact with me at all. Just charged me, the price sounded reasonable so I paid, then I get my receipt and find out I was overcharged for an insurance I didn't ask for and wasn't asked for, because the dude literally didn't say a word the entire transaction. Gotta love this location, only come here if you're absolutely desperate to mail something on a Saturday morning. Otherwise I avoid this place at all cost. Horrible service is a compliment this place doesn't deserve.

Literally the worst post office. They are extremely rude when you ask questions. I sent a general delivery package there and was told they dont accept those and they returned it which was a lie. They lost the package and they just dont want to deal with general delivery mail. I have never ever been told its a courtesy of the post office to do general delivery mail. I have been receiving mail like this in 13 different states as a nomad and yet this post office thinks they can just do whatever with your mail and treat you however they feel like.

This place is unprofessional! Many of the staff were rude, especially a lady name Betty.
I informed her I just relocated to the area and my id card was never delivered and I reordered it and placed my mail on hold. I also let her know that I would be out of town and wanted to know if my mail could be placed in a P.O. Box at the end of the hold due to the mailbox at my home being unsecured. I’m not sure what went left but she gave me the worst attitude, berated me and told me to order my id card at the town I would be at.
Then she didn’t want to acknowledge my P.O. Box order I made online! Said she didn’t feel like setting up the P.O. Box because “that’s lakreshias job and lakreashia isn’t here” . Then Betty and another employee started arguing back and forth because the other employee was trying to assist me.
I ended up canceling my P.O. Box order and going to a different USPS and getting a box from an online order within minutes.
This location deserves zero stars. Horrible customer service.

I know postal workers get a lot of crap for nothing but I have had someone else's mail in my mail box for a month now. They just leave it there and put the flag back down.
