The woman who answered the phone was entirely rude and should not be the “head of customer service” when she doesn’t have the slightest clue of what customer service is! I was rudely interrupted by her as I am explaining my situation she told me “If you’d let me speak” I don’t even want to continue writing because of how disgusted I am by this interaction. I asked her name she repeated Mrs Jackson, asked politely for her first name she said it again. It’s a simple thing to listen to understand the scenario. It’s literally the holidays and our mail carriers matter to us but for them to work with people like that has to suck.
