In the end the customer left without being helped because she was taking too long. She was just very RUDE. People like her should not work there if they are so unhappy. When I find out her name I will be calling to report her bad attitude.
- LTLakelsha ThomasOct 21, 20251.0A google review is great guys but we have to consistently report this location to the postmaster, station manager, consumer affairs, and USPS website/phone number. These employees do not care about a review but if their job is on the line they will. I have reported this location a number of times. I know its hard to get in touch with the postmaster, even harder to get an agent on the phone for the USPS number, and consumer affairs doesnt answer the phone either, but make an effort to report them. I know yall have to be as tired as I am about them opening up when they want, lying to customers, making up rules and following certain ones that they want but you have to report them if we want change to happen. The carriers do great, I say all the time that i haven't had any issues with the 4 carriers I have had, it is those workers inside and the managers not following policy and procedure and directing the store workers to do the same.
