Deserves zero stars! Worse than a third world post office! I have never had a good experience with this branch. It seems poorly managed. The letter carrier to my neighborhood was uninterested in my problem nor able to explain what may have happened to my package, sent using USPS tracking. The tracking link indicated it was delivered to my mail box on December 8th. When I checked, the package was not in the box, nor anywhere to be found. Instead in the box were three rusted keys which opened nothing. The delivery person suggested contacting this post office. Two phone numbers were provided neither of which were answered when called. Very disappointing.

They charged me money for a passport application and when I needed a translator they also wanted to charge me. Other USPS offices have never charged me for a passport application. They are purposely short with you and incomplete with the information so that they don't have to attend to you. They're awful people and make you miserable. Never come here.
