Do not come here. I sent a box overseas and the custom label was missing weight and other things on there that I didn’t know had to be on there. It got sent back and I had already paid 60 dollars to send it overseas. It seems like people don’t care here and they are also so rude . I recommend going to the longpoint usps

Deserves zero stars! Worse than a third world post office! I have never had a good experience with this branch. It seems poorly managed. The letter carrier to my neighborhood was uninterested in my problem nor able to explain what may have happened to my package, sent using USPS tracking. The tracking link indicated it was delivered to my mail box on December 8th. When I checked, the package was not in the box, nor anywhere to be found. Instead in the box were three rusted keys which opened nothing. The delivery person suggested contacting this post office. Two phone numbers were provided neither of which were answered when called. Very disappointing.
