I had a box I sent overseas get returned to me because not enough details were entered on the label. It costed 60$ to send the box! At this usps they re did it and they even put the weight on the label and helped make it very clear and specific on their label. Ebonee was the clerk that helped me and she was so kind and understanding. The other clerks also seemed So nice too. I am so grateful to this usps
