When I used a translator app to communicate, she refused to read it and clearly acted annoyed just because I don’t speak English well. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Not speaking English is not an excuse to be treated with disrespect. This is a public service office, and employees should be trained to assist all customers, including immigrants and non-English speakers. I felt discriminated against and embarrassed. I will never return to this location and I strongly advise others to avoid it.
