There was a line of people waiting even before 7:30am, and by 7:45am, doors are still not open. We hear people talking loudly inside. A couple of people rang the bell to alert them of customers waiting. The response: obnoxious cackling. I kid you not. They couldn’t give a single damn. We have a few high school kids working at our small retail store, and they behave in a more professional manner than these grown adults. What a shame! You hear ppl complain about customers behaving badly, but workers can be just as bad if not worse.

Less than a 15 minute process if you have all the required documents completed as explained on the US Passport website. I think people tend to forget this is not solely a passport office they are just able to facilitate the process.
