- CJC JaimesJul 24, 20251.0If I could give it zero stars I would give it -10 I went by the Asian lady had an attitude her body language was of a mad old lady that dnt wanna be there. If you hate your job than get another job!! Its no wonder there was no one there. I end up going to the one off Almeda cause the one off Broadway has awful reviews!! The lady at the Almeda location had a better attitude while working solo and had a line of customers.

Went back to forward it elsewhere and now they said they don't know where the mail is and that the request to hold it was never put in. Now we are being given the run around and they place us on hold and hang up the phone.
