I'd like to report the black female postal worker that delivers to 15885 Memorial Drive. Whenever I have a package she bangs super hard on my door and throws the package at my door. She does not do this with my white neighbor so I'm assuming this is racist. Please have someone else nicer deliver the mail who isn't racist and biased and RUDE. If she bangs on my door again that hard and throws my package once again, I will call security on her and will call USPS customer service.

My last several calls to this location has been with Ms Garcia a supervisor regarding my PO Box mail. Ms Garcia becomes very unruly and hostile when I make some suggestions on why my box continue to be empty, returned mail and refusing acknowledge my request for mail hold. Any attempt to speaking with the manager at this location is impossible due the supervisor refuse to inform him of calls.

I don’t understand how this place is allowed to operate day in and day out so poorly. Delivery drivers keep using “no access to delivery location” for not making deliveries…they are too lazy to bring the package to the door? Their customer service is abysmal at best when you need in person service. Want to use the kiosk to drop a package? Always full try again next time. Staff is rude and unwilling to help.

If I have a reason to go inside the post office - I always have excellent service. Unfortunately, this post is about receiving my mail. Some times I get it and some times I don't. Through USPS Informed Delivery I saw some mail that I was supposed to get. Didn't see that mail until over a month later. Who knows what other mail I'm not receiving.

Wow, what an amazing experience! I stopped by this USPS location just to drop off a simple package — what could possibly go wrong, right? Apparently, everything. I was told they don’t accept my label anymore. Interesting, since it’s the official eBay return label automatically generated by eBay’s system — you know, the one millions of people use every day. But hey, who am I to question their expert knowledge? They confidently informed me that no USPS office anywhere would accept this label. So while I wasted my time trying to reach eBay support, I decided to test this brilliant theory and drove to another USPS. Guess what? The other location accepted it immediately — no drama, no confusion, no problem. So either this location has decided to create its own postal policies, or they just don’t feel like helping customers. Either way, 10/10 for creativity and customer service!
