- KAK. Allen6 days ago1.0Simply put - don’t work in Customer Facing roles if you cannot exemplify decent customer service skills. This location has got to have some of the most rude customer service associates. I came to this location to pick up several packages that was delivered, one of the packages. I was told that it was delivered to this location, but had not been scanned into the system. Because I had other commitments and time was not on my side - I had to come back to retrieve the package. I brought my son back later that day to retrieve the package and was told that the package was routed to a different processing center. When I attempted to go in to the center to ask about the details of it and next steps they took down my tracking number. information, went in the back and never came back out, and stayed until closing. After ringing the bell, and waiting 30 minutes I eventually left. Sooo yeah. You guys are horrible.

He was very kind and very courteous throughout the process extremely satisfied with this post office in their customer service and being so professional.

She lied about my pkg being on a truck when it was at the facility then had the nerve to get smart mouth about me and where I live as if I dont know the rules. Now who ever delivers to 77079 zip is lazy and very lazy. Whomever does not attempt to deliver they rather return to sender. They come in the evening and sit for 15min before putting the mail away....ughhh im.just disgusted with the location and the driver. Thrse people need training on customer service. They are just rude and lazy.
