There is something SERIOUSLY wrong with the people that work at this post office. I've nearly been hit by one of their white postal workers because she refused to stop while I was crossing the road. The black lady who delivers at Joule at Memorial is very loud, rude and obnoxious and has made many mistakes with my mail. The people that work at the counter are RUDE. It's out of control here.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PACKAGES HERE!!
I have had 2 packages get stolen here on two separate occasions. The service is SO TERRIBLE THE MANAGER MS. Jones is awful she was no help she and her employees told me they are not responsible for packages!! The drop off drawer has been broken and people are leaving their packages on the floor, the manager said she is not responsible for those packages. ALSO THEY SAID BUMS LIVE IN HERE AT NIGHT. I’m in tears I hate this location

Completely unacceptable customer service. A old black woman at this USPS location called me an idiot during my visit all because I asked for a confirmation/receipt. That level of disrespect is shocking and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with basic decency. I hope this gets addressed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location today. I went in to mail two letters and simply asked for the cheapest way to send them, since I wasn’t sure what I had paid the last time.
Instead of explaining that buying stamps would be the cheapest option, the employee responded very rudely and told me, “This is a store, nothing is free. Go take your mail and figure it out, then come back.” That was unnecessary and unprofessional. I was only asking a basic question.
When I mentioned that another USPS location had better attitude, she became upset and told me that if I said “attitude” again, she wouldn’t mail my letters and that I should go somewhere else. I ended up staying quiet, buying the stamps, and leaving.
No customer deserves to be spoken to like that for asking a simple question. I hope management addresses this, because customer service and basic courtesy really matter.

Terrible , worst customer service. I was refused help at the service window despite having pre-prepared QR codes and being the only customer in the building. The employee was so rude , gave no explanation, and closed the window instead of assisting. Unprofessional experience. (To add I have disability which I didn't mention because no-one no should be treated like that) Reading the comments I see they everyone had similar problem with same employee.
