USPS will never deliver the package to your apartment — they just leave a notice in your mailbox. But when you go to the post office to pick it up, you always have to wait at least half an hour. That’s the “specialty” of our U.S. Postal Service.

This post office has the lobby doors locked and no one can get in to check their PO boxes or send mail after hours. Even the mailbox outside is gone. How is this even legal to do?

The worst service I have ever received in my life, dirty facilities and in poor condition, I made an appointment for my baby to get her passport because this was the nearest available place and when we arrived they told us that the manager was not even going to work today, they told me that I should have received a cancellation notification, which never arrived, I wasted my time and the worker was 0 professional when attending to our case.

Got here at 5:57 and one of the ladies up front closed the door on me and another guy. I waited until she came back to open up the door to let a customer out (5:59) and rudely said were closed sir. I said to her the sign says you closed at 6 and she just looked at me and said yeah its 5:59 we're closed sir. I asked for the store number and she just pointed at the door. Unprofessional!

Came here to write my own nasty review. This is the most incompetent and useless post office. Called multiple times to only be met with rude employees that don’t want to hear what your issue is. I’m currently on a 30 minute hold right now and I’m sure they’re hoping for me to hang up. Avoid this post office if you can, they’re very very slow and mean.
