I came in with a handful of requests and probably more questions than most people, and she handled everything with so much patience. Not once did she make me feel rushed or like I was holding up the line. She was polite from start to finish. On top of that, she has a great sense of humor. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
