I’ve had good experiences here every time. Mailing packages is always smooth, and today I used their passport service — it was fast, organized, and overall a great experience.

I had such a terrible experience. They make me wait for 30 mins just to drop off some packages. All I needed was the yellow cart so that I can bring in the packages. The lady was sitting in front doing nothing yet she was not giving me the cart as if they want to punish their customer for bringing in the packages. When I spoke with the supervisor Ms. Buttler she basically told me that I lying and I did not ring the door bell, I ring that bell at least 10 times while waiting there for 30 mins. T

12/5/25 I went to drop a package at the post office but had a few questions, Riley was rude not only to me but also another customer. When checking out at the end the machine asked how was my experience and I tapped the sad face. Riley asks me why I chose that I explained that her attitude and tone are off putting and unprofessional. She said “I’m a mom so it’s the mom in me” to which I replied “your customers aren’t your children” and walked out. She needs to be in the back helping with heavy packages since she acts like an aggressive man. Not using this location anymore.

I understand the job isn’t easy, but never is it right to have an attitude every time. I come to this location. Several times throughout the year to send an overseas package and every time I’ve come, It’s a different clerk, but I’ve only ever had a problem with the male upfront. The last time I sent the package, It was lost in Mail for three months. This time I go in, hehad an attitude again, and couldn’t find the address that I used several times. USPS should really do a better job and who they hire, making sure that they have good customer service all the time. Not only when it’s convenient to them. All the other female clerks at the front, have always helped me, get the job done, and never had an attitude with me, No matter how stressful the job is.
