I waited in line and when I got to the front they said I needed to stand at the customer pick up door. Okay, that’s fine, I’ll move. I waited in the other line for 20 minutes and nobody helped me. Eventually I had to leave because I had something else I needed to go do. Was in this post office for well over 30 minutes just to pick up a package and I couldn’t even do that.
