I was looking for a package that showed delivered and was not in my mailbox. I went to the post office and the staff was very professional and helpful. I even received a phone call after they went above and beyond in trying to figure out about my package. Turns out the tracking number was mixed up and my had not shipped yet and the one that was delivered I received.

I printed my labels in the lobby with my printer and placed the labels on my packages, but 1. I dropped 3 off on the counter and went to print the last one. When I was heading back to drop off the last package on the counter, the old asain looking man with glasses was scanning in the packages on the counter and placing them in a usps box. I figured if I handed it to him while he was scanning in, my package was going to be scanned in as well. HE DID NOT SCAN MY PACKAGE IN!!!🤬🤬 Instead, he took my package, looked at it with an ugly face, did NOT SCAN IT IN, and threw it in the box!!!! I did notice it but hoped it was still going to be scanned. 2 weeks later, and it hasn't been scanned in. YES, I WENT UP THERE TO CONFRONT HIM, BUT OBVIOUSLY HE DENIED THE WHOLE NOT SCANNING IT, WHEN I WAS LOOKING AT HIM DEAD IN HIS FACE WHEN HE IGNORED THE SCAN IN PROCESS!!! RIDICULOUS!!🤬 THIS NEEDS TO BE HANDLED ACCORDINGLY. I HOPE THIS REACHES upper management!

This post office I’ve come here for over 20 years, and it will always be the worst!! The employees are very slow, always long lines, and will have attitudes if you ask any questions!! Save your time and don’t come here unless you absolutely need to but avoid it!!

Why do you continue to open my mail? There’s no check in there 🤣 since you all know my business how much was the toll? I wish someone would have paid for it. I already told my “pappy” that you all keep opening my mail. I thought opening someone else’s mail was a federal offense 👀. Opening my mail without my permission is federal felony called obstruction of correspondence. Be blessed
